A result of years of our breeding efforts intermingling purpurea subspecies and forms, S. "Lounge Lizard" was chosen amongst many seed grown plants for it's great looks and growing characteristics. "Lounge Lizard" produces fuzzy pitchers with fantastic coloration and intensely veined inward curling hoods, reminiscent of S. purpurea venosa var. montana. Unlike the slow growth of most S. purpurea venosa var. montanaplants, "Lounge Lizard" is a hardy and vigorous grower producing many growth points that will quickly fill the pot with a clusters of pitchers. A favorite at the nursery, fantastic!!

These seeds are super fresh and were harvested from our nursery during September 2024.
We harvest all Carnivorous Plant seeds using sanitized tools to maximize seed viability and minimize contamination. Seeds packs are refrigerated after collection to ensure maximum viability.
Seeds packs are shipped with growing instructions in padded envelopes to protect seed during transport.
