Sarracenia alata var. nigropurprea "Black Tube" MK-A27 Desosto National Forest, is a select clone from the famous UK Sarracenia breeder and collector Mike King. it can feature spectacular dark coloration throughout it's tall and elegant pitchers. Like many of the darker S. alata varieties this clone needs lots of heat, humidity, and sunlight. Although this clone is slower growing, it's potential for incrediable dark pitcher coloration make it worth the wait. A superb clone of this very rare Sarracenia.
